The Malesch Lowlands

The year is 1600. You are agents of Begum Ren-Dalara of the Ottomans, looking for her lost caravan of silk and silver and spices. The caravan was last seen a month ago at the mouth of the Malesch Valley in the south-east of the Caucasus. The Maleschi people are pastoralists of little note, bar one detail: they despise horses and are known to kill both steed and rider on sight.

A hexcrawl for Warhammer Fantasy Roleplaying, Into The Odd, and Taliesin's Zorn: The Wrath of God. A sensitive evocation of orientalist tropes and tales of that period (the seventeenth century and the 1980s).
