A pamphlet to be used by players so they know the rough probabilities associated with different actions and how much items and hirelings cost so that they can appropriately assess risks and not feel slighted by off-the-cuff rulings. 

A ruleset with ‘Blorb Principles’ in mind, which focuses on making things clear for the players because the referee should already know what’s going on in the scenario they’re running.
